Inter vs Bayer Leverkusen Match Preview

Inter face Bayer Leverkusen in Germany, perhaps in the most interesting match of the Europa League quarter-finals.

Inter is the favorite team but is capable of better or worse. In the previous round of the competition, despite their 2-0 win, they struggled a lot knocking out Getafe, actually, when they were leading by 1-0, Getafe missed a penalty, and overall they had more scoring chances than Inter. However, Getafe was lacking in quality and experience, something that Inter has, so they managed to get the ticket for the quarter-finals.

Bayer Leverkusen knocked out Rangers with ease in the previous round. They prevailed 1-3 in Glasgow and 1-0 in the second leg at home, in a match where they completely dominated. After a mediocre season in Germany, they will try to go as far as possible in Europa League, having a small advantage as the final-8 of the competition is hosted in their Country.

Inter has the quality and experience that every team needs, but Bayern Leverkusen is playing in their country and seems to be in excellent shape. Since its a knockout game, the possibility of drawing is high. This is my final call and the odds are realy well.
