Is it time for Belgium to qualify?

Although Brazil didn't have a quite good start (1-1 draw with Switzerland), they managed to prove their potentials when they won 2-0 both Costa Rica and Serbia. However the match against Costa Rica was difficult and they scored at injury time 91' and 97'. At last 16 they eliminated Mexico by 2-0 with Neymar and Firmino to score. Right defender Marcelo didn't play as he was injured. Coach Tite is waiting for him till the last minute. 

On the other hand, Belgium have proved that they can make the excess. They qualified in a group against Panama (3-0), Tunisia (5-2) and England (0-1). In quarter finals they were about to lose, but they eventually came back from hell. They were losing from Japan 0-2 at 60' but managed to turn over the score with Vertonghen, Fellaini and Chadli goals. This squad can easily face 'selecao'. Romelu Lukaku will be at the top of the attack as he overcame his injury and Hazard, De Bruyne, Mertens and Carrasco will frame him.

This game could have been the final of the tournament. Brazil have proved the width of their potential. On the other side Belgium reach to a point where they can't go further...will they finally perform better so as to qualify? Both teams have qualitative players so I bet on both to score. But I will also bet on a possible qualification for Belgium, who have reached a very good level the latest years and maybe is time to pay them back. Belgium to win.
