Juventus vs Inter Match Preview

Juventus made an important win in their tough effort to win a Champions League ticket. It is true that they weren't the better side on the pitch, however, the final result was in favor of them. Sassuolo was pretty strong and missed decent chances, but Pirlo's side has better quality, enough to win all the points. Juventus this season pays for their wrong decisions. They made some controversial decisions in their signings, as well as a risky selection of Pirlo as their head coach. If they miss a Champions League spot, it will be a huge financial step back for them and they will definitely reduce dramatically their budget for the next season

Inter has waited for 11 years to win the title in Italy. They were clearly the better team in the whole season, however, they didn't play modern football, something that could stand out at the European level. They won the title just because none of the other teams was consistent enough to match them in the whole season. It is rumored that they are in a really bad financial situation having more than EUR 600 mi. dept They delay players' wages, and they have to change many things to avoid bankruptcy. They are coming to this derby after a pretty deserved 3-1 win over Roma. Sanchez is doubtful for this one. 

Juventus has no room left to miss points till the end of the season if they want to finish in the top-four spots to win a Champions League ticket. I expect Inter to be less motivated in this classic derby d'italia, maybe ready to relax after their title. The home side to win is my call in this one.
