Larissa vs Lamia Match Preview

Larissa face Lamia for the 10th round of the Greek Super League.

Having two consecutive wins, Larissa is on a winning streak. On their previous matches, they won 1-2 over Panathinaikos in OAKA and 3-2 against OFI at their home, in a game where they made a comeback after losing 1-2 at halftime. Their continuous positive results led them at the 6th place of the table, and if they win today against Lamia, they will climb up to the 3rd place. Warda, Kace and Abiola Dauda continue their splendid performances. Coach Michalis Grigoriou will try to do his best in order to get another positive result for his team, as the motivation for the 3rd place, just behind title contenders Olympiacos & PAOK is big. On the other hand, Lamia are coming from their first win in the Greek Super League, 1-0 over Volos last Monday, a few days after their 0-3 win over Aiolikos in the Greek Cup. Currently being at the bottom of the table, coach Apostolos Mantzios has to change many things in his squad in order to start collecting more points. Τhe management of the team promised an extra bonus of 40,000 euros, in case of winning, trying to motivate their players. There will be no missings tonight in Lamia's squad.

Both teams are in a good run, having positive results, but Larissa seems to be the favorites in this one, and I expect them to win easily.
