Leeds – Manchester United Match Preview

Leeds will play against Manchester United at Elland Road in the so-called Roses rivalry match.

Leeds is at the moment in danger of being relegated again to the Championship in their third season back in the Premier League. Before that, they had been out of Premier League for 16 years. Currently, they are 1 point above the relegation zone and it will be a big fight until the end. They sacked their coach and currently, they are without a head coach. In the last match, they had a 0-2 deficit against Manchester United at Old Trafford but the match ended in a draw.

Manchester United is in 3rd place with 22 games played. They will have a big fight until the end, most probably for the UEFA Champions League spots. Tottenham and Newcastle are just a few points behind them. They are actually in good form and Erik Ten Haag is doing a good job. They have been unlucky in the last few games, for example in that match against Arsenal where they allowed a last-minute goal. They will be without Casemiro and Antony, but they have back some important players like Sancho, and a few others are playing in excellent form, like Rashford.

Usually, matches between these two teams are really interesting and intense. They just played a few days ago and Leeds scored two goals but Manchester United was the better team in that match and surely they will approach this match a bit differently and with their form and talented players they can get a win at Elland Road.
