Liverpool - Everton Match Preview

In this match of the English Premier League, Liverpool will play at home ground against Everton. Everton is trying to save themselves from relegation while Liverpool is playing for the first place in Premier League. Two teams with totally different goals in the league.

Liverpool is in fantastic form. In 2022 they lost only in one match out of 25 played. That was in the UEFA Champions League against Inter. They are in second place at the moment, only one point behind the league leaders Man City. This is very important match for both sides but I believe that Liverpool will win this with ease. At Anfield they are yet to be defeated in Premier League. Everton could not beat Liverpool even when they were much stronger than today. Everton won only one match against them in the last 15 encounters.

Everton is in 17th place in the league. They are one spot above relegation which would be a disaster for them. They are only one point above 18th-placed Burnley. It will be tough for them to avoid defeat here. They are by far the worst team in away matches. Everton won only one match away from home in 15 Premier League matches played so far .

Liverpool lost only once in 2022. They are playing fantastic as of late and I doubt that Everton will be able to do anything to stop them.
