Liverpool vs Bournemouth Match Preview

Liverpool will try to return to winning ways tonight as they face Bournemouth, one of the weakest teams of the English Premier League.

Their Premier League campaign is virtually over and all that remains for Klopp's side is the Champions League competition where they are called to revert the outcome of the first leg, having lost 1-0 to Atletico in Madrid.

The match against Bournemouth may not be so important for Liverpool, but it has a huge impact on the team's motivation, considering the preparation for the 2nd leg against Atletico Madrid. With an easy victory over Bournemouth, Liverpool could get back on track.

Bournemouth are currently at the bottom places of the table and struggling to remain in the Premier League. Every point is crucial for them but playing in Anfield there are slight chances of getting something positive.

In the previous round, they tried to get the three points against Chelsea, however, they conceded the equalizer goal in the 85th minute. There away performances are pretty bad since they have registered five consecutive defeats without facing any of the Premier League's top 5 sides.

Liverpool's bad run has to come to an end. Considering the match against Atletico that follows on Wednesday, Liverpool are expected to get an early lead and ideally to secure their victory before the halftime.
