Manchester United vs Brighton Match Preview

Manchester United will be hosting Brighton at Old Trafford tomorrow for the English Premier League. 

Manchester United are in fifth position and have played a game less than West Ham who are 4th-placed. By winning here, they will reach a top-4 spot. They are winless in their last 3 games played and they really need to step up. 

Manchester would be without the services of their two defensive midfielders Matic and Fred as both are injured. Therefore, Pogba and Mctominay will play as two central midfielders with Bruno Fernandes playing as an attacking midfielder. Greenwood is still out with personal issues and Bailly is doubtful. 

Brighton are few places behind Manchester United but are in the top half of the table. They have won just once out of the last four games played away from home across all competitions.

Brighton would be without the services of Mwepu and Sarmiento as both are suffering from thigh injuries. 

Out of the last six head-to-head meetings between these sides, all ended in Manchester United winning. At Old Trafford, these sides have played against each other five times and all five games have been won by Manchester United. United have won by more than a goal twice at Old Trafford in the last 4 encounters. 

I expect Manchester to start well as they have been doing in recent games and this time and I feel they will not slip up in the second half. My prediction is United to win by more than a goal margin.
