Manchester United vs Tottenham Match Preview

Manchester United face Tottenham for the midweek Premier League matchday no 15. 

In their previous match, Manchester United drew 2-2 against Aston Villa, losing some valuable points and remaining in the middle of the table. However, their difference between the above teams in the table is quite small and every positive result can bring them to a signally higher position. Last week in their Europa League game, they lost to Astana 2-1 on the road. Despite the fact they had the lead at the halftime, they didn't get even the single point. There is a lot of pressure on the Norwegian Ole Gunnar Solskjær, while the 46-year-old manager trying to improve the team, but so far things are not good for Manchester. Pogba, Rojo, Dalot and Bailly are remaining unavailable due to injuries. Their upcoming match is the big derby of Manchester vs City, playing away from home. 

The arrival of Jose Mourinho on Tottenham's bench has changed the image of the team positively. Three consecutive victories so far, two of them in the Premier League against West Ham 2-3 and Bournemouth 3-2, and one in the Champions League against Olympiacos 4-2. Their goal now is to finish in top four of the standings, as well as a good journey in the UEFA Champions League. Lucas Moura is delighted to be back playing in his best position under Jose Mourinho and so far he is performing great. The upcoming match for Tottenham will be much easier, against Burnley on Saturday. 

I expect a strong match in the 'The Theatre of Dreams' between these two great teams, everything could happen. Manchester United so far are underperforming, while Tottenham with Mourinho on their bench are in a great momentum. Based on the image of the two teams in the last few games, I will go with Tottenham. The away win is my call.
