Mauritania – Gambia Match Preview

In this match of the African Cup of Nations held in Cameroon, Mauritania will play against Gambia. This will be a first-round match of group F of the competition.

Mauritania is playing for the second time in the African Cup of Nations. This team did not have much success in it. Mauritania is in really bad form and have won only one match in their last ten played across all competitions, including friendlies. Many of their players are completely unknown and there will be many youngsters in the team.

Gambia will have their debut on the African Cup of Nations this year. This is their biggest success in modern history. As their opponents tomorrow they are also full of unknown and players without any experience at international level.

These two teams have played numerous times against each other in their history. The last two matches ended in a goalless draw. I do not expect a lot of goals also in this one.
