Mexico - Colombia Match Preview

In this friendly match, Mexico and Colombia will play against each other. These two have not played against each other for a long period of time. Mexico is trying to get into form prior to the World Cup in Qatar.

Colombia is playing in good form and has won four games in a row. They conceded only one goal in those four matches played. They will not play at the World Cup. Still they use these friendly matches so some of the younger players can get international experience. Falcao, Rodriguez and Asprilla will all play in this match.

Mexico's team is full of experienced players. They have been playing solid football in the last couple of months and have lost only two matches from their last fifteen played. Colombia had more success in the last couple of matches played against Mexico, but the last time these two played against each other was 10 years ago.

Colombia is in better form, but this is one of the last tests of Mexico prior to the World Cup. They will want to play with their strongest team and will not rotate much. Both to score a goal seems like a solid option.
