Midtjylland vs Young Boys Match Preview

Midland face Young Boys at the MCH Arena Herning in the 3rd qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.

Midland started unsuccessfully the in the Danish league, after suffering a 2-0 defeat against Soderiske on the road. They may have been the best side in almost the whole game and created the most chances, but their opponents ware more effective and took all three points.

In the previous qualification round of the UEFA Champions League, they managed to overcome the obstacle of Ludogorets Razgrad, prevailing 1-0 away from home.

The hosts are facing significant problems, the defender Andersson, midfielders Onyeka and Anderson, as well as the striker Schwartz, will miss tonight's match. All of them had 30 and more appearances in the previous season.

Young Boys have not played any official match yet, tthe Swiss Super League starts on the following weekend. Their most recent official game was on the 30 of August, when they beat 2-1 Basel in last season's Cup final. 

In the previous qualifying round of the competition, they did not face any struggle and reached a comfortable win, securing qualification against Klaksvik from Faroe Islands, prevailing 3-1.

Both teams like playing offensive football and goals seem inevitable in this match. A goal in the first half will open the pace of the game, and since there is no rematch, I think we will see at least 3 goals in the 90 minutes. The high-priced over 2.5 goals is my call in this one.
