Napoli – Monza Match Preview

Napoli are going to host Monza for the second gameweek of the Italian Serie A.

Napoli started their season really good winning against a tough team 2-5. Verona is a tricky team to play against and Napoli displayed a solid attacking power looking good overall. In preseason games they also looked really good as well as at the end of the last season so now they have a ten-game unbeaten streak. They will try to compete for the Scudetto and I believe they will be in the final contenters.

Monza, on the other hand, started their Serie A campaign not that good loosing against Torino at their home stadium which is something that they must avoid if they want to remain in Serie A in the next season also. They are newly promoted team in Serie A and they must play good at their home stadium if they want to avoid relegation. Monza had a lot of new signings and investments but the level in the Serie A is diferrent and they will need time to adapt.

I believe that Napoli is at another level right now and that they are going to be in the title contention. On the other side, Monza is going to be in the battle for staying in the league. Napoli has the home advantage and along with their attacking talent it will be too difficult for a newly promoted side to match them.
