Panathinaikos vs PAS Giannina Match Preview

Panathinaikos hosts PAS Giannina for the 12th round of the Greek Super League.

The hosts are coming from a big win over their city rivals AEK Athens by 2-1 playing on the road. Having their best performance so far this season, Panathinaikos prevailed in the pitch since the beginning of the game and scored twice in the first half. AEK reduced the scoreline scoring in the second half, but Panathinaikos kept their lead till the final whistle and got all three points. This result brought optimism and motivation to the players and Panathinaikos reached at 6th place in the table, having a total of 15 points. 

PAS Giannina, on the other hand, finally got their first home win this season! Coming from a very bad streak, being unable to get a three-pointer, the visitors played well against Larisa in the previous round and prevailed 2-0.
