Panathinaikos are having a tough time, maybe more difficult than last year when their youngsters saved the team's pride. This season they began their journey with two losses and a draw and the worst part is that the players made such unbelievable mistakes. Olympiakos are unstoppable with coach Martins on the bench who can handle things and has created a side that teamwork is the no 1 factor. There is an improvement in every game, their players can find solutions quickly, even the ones that are coming from the bench. It's worth mentioning that captain Fortounis is missing and that didn't affect at all the team. They registered two wins (1-0) at the beginning of the Super League, followed by a huge 5-0 win over Volos in the previous round, showing their offensive potential. In addition, they are the only team who hasn't conceded any goals yet in the Greek Super League. 

In their previous h2h games at Panathinaikos' home, the two teams have the same results.
