Parma vs Juventus Match Preview

Parma is ranked at 14th place in the Italian Serie A with 12 points and comes after a win three draws and a loss over the last five matches. After losing some important players in the transfer market they weren't the same team this season and have been struggling a lot. They won just two out of 12 matches played in total, having a poor attack with only 12 goals. Only Crotone did worse than them and they are at the bottom of the table.

In the last three draws, they were outplayed by their rivals when AC Milan totally dominated despite not winning, while against Benevento they failed to have a single shot on target. These are facts that show the difficulties Parma is having this year and things are about to get even harder when they host Juventus.

Juventus, on the other hand, is ranked at third place with 24 points and comes still as one of the two teams who are yet to lose a game, alongside Milan. They got three wins and two losses over the last five matches and now sit four points behind the first spot. There are only two games left for this year and Juventus will seek to end it in style winning them both before returning in January with the direct duel against AC Milan. That is why I expect a fully motivated team looking for revenge after the disappointment against Atalanta.

They have the best defense with just ten goals conceded so far and I guess they can keep a clean sheet against the poor form that Parma has shown in the attack. Morata and Cristiano Ronaldo will play from the start, backed up by Kulusevski and Chiesa. These four players have scored 17 of 24 goals in total so far. 

In conclusion, I think Juventus can win this match and cover -1 goal of Asian Handicap. Parma seems that will be struggling to avoid relegation this season with these poor performances and they just lack the quality to stop Juventus here. Juventus won four of the last five matches on the road against them.
