Parma vs Verona Match Preview

Parma is ranked at the 8th spot with 13 points and is having a very good season so far. They come after three wins, a draw and a loss in their last five matches, with the most recent result a 2-2 draw on the road against Inter. The team has quite a good offensive side with 15 goals scored. The trio Gervinho- Karamoh and the young revelation Kulusevski seem to be having quite some fun on the pitch. The problems for Parma here will be in defense and midfield because of the injured and suspended players. Alves, Cornelius, Grassi, Inglese, Laurini, Scozzarella will not be available and that surely leaves some big spaces to cover in the back.

Verona, on the other side, is ranked at the 15th place with 9 points. They come after a win two draws and two loses in their last five matches. Not only they lost the last two games, but they failed to score a single goal in both of them. The best news for Verona is that Veloso is back on the team, after missing the last game against Sassuolo, so they will have one more option up front, as he has proved himself quite useful when he has played. Stepinski is expected to start too and I think that this could be the good time for him to find the first goal this season.

In conclusion, I think that  both teams can score a goal here. Parma are the better team and the favorites to win since they play in front of their fans, but they will miss some important players for this duel which could complicate the result. Verona aren't having their best period right now, but I think they can score a goal against this Parma team with many problems.
