Porto vs Maritimo Match Preview

Porto are hosting Maritimo at Estadio do Dragaoc for the 20th round of  Liga Portugal. 

Porto are at the top of the table having won seventeen games and drawn just two games. They would prefer to finish the season winning the title without losing a game. They have been so good in attack as they have scored more than fifty goals in just 19 games played.

Porto would be without Joao Mario due to muscle injury, Manafa and Marcano due to leg injury, and Zaidu who is on International duty. Porto have won all their last five home games played, two of them were against Benfica, which shows how strong they are at home.

Maritimo are a mid-table side, being in the ninth position with 24 points collected from 19 games played. They drew their last game played which was against Belensenses who are just one place above the bottom.

Maritimo will be without Ricardinho, Xadas, and Saenz due to injury. Joel is suspended as he got a red card in the game against Belensenses.

The last encounter between these sides here at Porto's home ended in a shocking win for Maritimo but I expect Porto to be better prepared this time and start the game strongly, winning easily. 

My prediction for the game is Porto to lead at halftime.
