Preston vs Fulham Match Preview

Preston returns to play at home and will try to end this horrible streak of four consecutive loses they are in. As this was not enough, they have failed to score a single goal in the last four games. And for a team aiming for the playoffs, they must make a change. Before losing to West Brom, they were one of the two teams who were unbeaten at home and this makes me confident about them here. This is their stronghold, where they won seven out of ten games and scored a total of 25 goals, averaging at least two goals per game. I expect a goal coming from them.

Fulham is ranked in third place with 35 points. They were on a very good run before suffering a surprising loss at home against Bristol City. They have to be careful not to repeat this again, as the other teams are just next to them and could drop in ranks in case of another loss. They have scored a total of nine goals in their last five matches, averaging almost two goals per game and found the back of the net in each of these five. Despite being on the road, I see Fulham has enough offensive quality to score a goal here.

In conclusion, I think both teams can score a goal. Preston definitely will give their best to get back on scoring and get a positive result in front of their fans. Fulham, on the other hand, have been in form lately despite the loss, so I fancy them to continue like this.
