Shakhtar Donetsk vs Basel Match Preview

After a total dominance in recent years at the domestic competitions, Shakhtar Donetsk is trying now to make history this season in Europa League. Their big goal this year is to get as far as possible in the competition, with a dream of winning the title again, as they did back in 2009, when the final was played again in Germany.

In the last 16 of the competition, Shakhtar did not face big problems against Wolfsburg, winning in the first round by 2-1 in Germany, while in the second round they prevailed by 3-0.

A close match is expected tonight, considering the two sides which are used in offensive football.
