Southampton vs Everton Match Preview

Southampton face Everton for the 6th round of the English Premier League at St. Mary's.

In the previous round, Southampton managed to take a positive result, after an exciting match against Chelsea, where they drew 3-3 in London. In the first half, they found themselves back in the scoreline by 2-0, but the team bounced back and equalized twice, 2-2 and 3-3 in the dying minutes. 

Southampton remains undefeated for three consecutive matches in the league, sitting at the middle of the table with a total of 7 points after 5 games played.

Everton continues their great performances and remains unbeaten after 5 rounds with a total of 13 points. Last time against Liverpool, they deservedly shared points with a final score of 2-2. Despite the fact that Everton were back in the scoreline twice, they responded immediately and showed their great quality and fighting sirit against the Premier League champions.

Southampton comes from a positive result after a great performance. On the other hand, Everton have shown great quality this year having an amazing run so far in the league. I expect to see offensive football from both these sides, creating many goal-scoring chances. My choice is Over 2,5 goals to be scored, offered at 1.77.
