Southampton vs Nottingham Match Preview

Southampton and Nottingham are going to play in the 18th gameweek of the Premier League.

After Wolves win against Everton and Southampton loss against Brigton, Southampton is now at the bottom of the table with only 12 points out of 16 games. They have interesting team with few interesting players like Ward-Prowse, Salisu, German international Bella-Kotchap but overall their squad is not that strong if we have in mind Premier League competition. They changed the coach but it will be really hard for them to stay in the Premier League.

Nottingham is a newly promoted team this season and they are not much better than Southampton as they have only 1 point more. They also have interesting squad with a lot of interesting  players like Lingard, Lodi, Freuler, Henderson on goal and they are playing better in recent games with 2 wins and a draw in last 5 matches.

It will be really important game for both teams. If one team will lose this match that can be really bad for their chances to avoid relegation this season. I expect both team to have a lot of patience in this game and not to risk a lot. Focus will be on avoiding a loss in this match from both sides.
