The big clash in Rizoupoli will have a winner

Apollon Smyrnis are on bottom of the table, without a win, the number one favorites for relegation. Even though they make efforts in every match, they can't score easily (they have scored only 1 goal so far). Last week they were defeated twice from Asteras Tripolis, 2-0 for the League and 2-1 for the Cup. Monteagudo's presence didn't make any difference so it won't be surprise if we see another change on team's bench after this match. The experienced attacker Mantzios won't play due to injury. No other absences for the Spanish coach of Apollon Smyrnis.

Panionios did their best in the home game against Olympiakos, unfortunately they didn't get even the draw point. Despite their great performance, they were defeated in dying minues, having scored earlyer a goal which was disallowed as an offside. They proved to have the potential to climb higher on the table, they just had an difficult schedule from the beginning as they played against Olympiakos, AEK (4-0 away defeat) and PAOK (0-1 defeat in home). The game for the Cup against Larisa was postponed for next week. Kocic and Camara didn't recover in time, while Kotnik will be the substitute of French Malherbe who was out with a muscle strain from the game against Olympiakos. 

We are at the beginning of the League, however this game is of great importance for getting points for both teams. It's difficult for Apollon to get a positive result out of Panionios who have more qualitative players for sure. At the same time, home team register 3 defeats and 1 draw in the latest games against their current opponent. Panionios win at 2 DNB will be my choice.
