The ' Black Stars' are superior

It wasn't difficult for Ghana to reach the final stage of the tourament through a qualification group with Kenya and Ethiopia. Although they suffered a loss to Kenya in their game on the road, they registered three wins and reached easily their goal. However, in their two friendly games before the tournament they suffered a 1-0 loss to Namibia and they also played a bore draw with South Africa. Despite the fact that Duncan (Sassuolo) and Schlupp (Crystal Palace) were missing, the 'black stars' have quality in their squad. Ayew (Crystal Palace) and Gyan (Kayserispor) are among their big stars.

Benin finished 2nd in their qualification group along with Algeria, Gambia and Togo. The game against Togo on March was the crucial one. They registered a 2-1 win, Mounie (playing for Huddersfield) scored the winner a few minutes before the end of the match. In their preparation games, they won Guinea (1-0) and Mauritania (3-1). These two teams are on the same level as them, but not with the quality of their current opponent. They may not have such a talent in their attack, however they can be a difficult opponent, especially playing hard in defense.

Based on the fact that Cameroon are also in the group, Ghana definitely have to win Benin tonight. They will probably fight with Cameroon for the first place. Benin will try to get a point out of their two games against the favourites of the group (Ghana and Cameroon) and claim for their qualification through the third place in the game vs Guine - Bissau. 'Black Stars' to win is my call.
