The odds for the 'panthers' are unfair

There have been 6 rounds and the youngsters of Panathinaikos are still undefeated. Panathinaikos had 5/5 wins till the previous round, when they drew 1-1 with Asteras in Tripoli, sharing the points. Now, all the team are all in a high flying mood, as none of them expected to have such a successful journey after all these financial problems. They started with a -6 suspension and managed to cover it quite quickly. George Donis' youngsters perform with passion and desire for the best result. Kourbelis was injured in a game of Greek National team and won't perform. On the contrary, Kace and Johansson are back. As for Staikos and Mounie they are still injured. After the upcoming game, Panathinaikos have to face three very difficult opponents, title contenders PAOK, AEK and Olympiakos.

On the other hand, Panionios had a bad start int the tournament, due to their difficult schedule against the three top favourites, from whom they were outclassed. However, things got better afterwards with an 0-2 win against Apollon Smyrnis and a 1-0 win against quality Aris in Nea Smyrni the previous round. Now, they are in the middle of the table with 7 points, having a tricky upcoming away game vs Atromitos.
