Swiss team are superior

Iceland's journey in UEFA Nations League is more than a failure so far. In the opening game, they were outclassed 6-0 in Switzerland's home, followed by a 3-0 home defeat from Belgium. The relegation to League B is more than possible, unless they manage to win tonight. Last week, they played a 'friendly' draw in home of the World Champions France, where both coaches were almost relaxed and so we can't come to any serious conclusion out of this game. Goalkeeper F.Schram and midfielders E.Hallfredsson, T.E.Bjarnason along with the attackers J.Bodvarsson and B.Sigurdarson won't available for home team.

Switzerland had a quite good performance in Belgium's home on Friday afternoon, actually they could have avoid the 2-1 defeat. It was a balanced game and R.Lukaku's goal in the last minutes formed the final result. Now they stay in 2nd place of the group having 3 points from the opening game (6-0 against Iceland). Defenders S.Lichtsteiner, J.Djourou, K.Mbabu, midfielder B.Dzemaili and the attackers A.Mehmedi (Wolfsburg) and J.Drmic will be out from tonight's game.

Even if Iceland's performance against France was improoved than the previous month, their is no doubt about Swiss superiority. Based on the 6-0 in St. Gallen in September, Swiss are clearly superior and I will be more than impressed if they don't win tonight in Reykjavik against a team who haven't won yet in the last 10 (official and friendly) games.Away win.
