* The Copa Libertadores final Boca vs River first leg postponed, after torrential rain. The match will now be played on Sunday, November 11th, 8pm CET.
 

Boca Juniors won 2-0 Palmeiras in the semi-finals in their home and tied 2-2 with them in 'Allianz Parque'. They resisted to 'verdao' pressure and Dario Benedetto was their hero by scoring 3 out of 4 of their goals in these games. That was the second team from Brazil they eliminated to reach the final, they've also beaten Cruzeiro in quarter-finals. It's going to be their 11th participation in Copa Libertadores final. In their domestic league, they suffered a 2-1 loss from Gimnasia in La Plata, followed by a huge home win 4-1 vs Tigre. Team's coach Guillermo Barros Schelotto chose a wide rotation in that match, everyone's thought was on finals against their big rivals River Plate. All the players will be available for coach Schelloto and he will pick his best for the starting eleven. Attacker Benedetto seems to be unstoppable this period.

It was an amazing overturn for River Plate against Gremio in Belo Horizonte. Rafael Santos Borre and Gonzalo Martinez were their scorers that gave their team a huge win (2-1), as in the first game at Monumental they were beaten 0-1 (Michel was the scorer). River Plate are in a high-flying mood after their amazing qualification to the final. In Argentinean Super Liga, Marcelo Gallardo chose a different starting line vs Estudiantes and that costed River Plate a 1-0 loss, but this result doesn't affect them, as everything and everyone in the team is on the mood of Copa Libertadores finals.

La Bombonera is going to be noisy, as usual, and the game very exciting. Both teams have quality attacking midfielders. I expect a quite offensive match, the opening goal will be crucial.
