There is a quality difference

Brescia are still on top of Serie B, although they left two points (2-2 draw) in Verona's home in the midweek game. Now they share the first place of the table with Lecce. The match in Marc'Antonio Bentegodi was quite close, so the final draw satisfied both sides, who came a little closer to their goal. Midfielder E.Ndoj is suspended and will miss tonight's game.

Four consecutive draws for Venezia in Serie B, the 1-1 score was the final result in all of them. In the midweek game vs Cittadella, they may had the upper hand and could have won, after an eight-match winless streak, however, the guests managed to equalize in the dying minutes. Now Venezia are 3 points above the red zone and they will do their best to avoid relegation or their participation in the playout games. Team's first scorer Di Mariano is suspended, while attacker G.Zigoni is long-time injured. 

There is a quality difference between these two teams. It's more than obvious that the home team are superior. Anything but a win for the first-placed Brescia will be a surprise tonight in Mario Rigamonti. Venezia are rarely competitive in games on the road, especially against teams of the top level. Brescia to win is my call.
