They are superior

Ajax are improving and will do their best for a good journey in the group stage, combined with the conquest of Netherlands Championship after 5 years. They won 3-0 Groningen in treir recent away game. Huntelaar scored twice and so they got the three pointer. Next Sunday there is the big clash between them and Eindhoven, if they win they will climb on top of Eredivisie. They have registered only wins in home so far this season and their record is 8-3-0 overall. 

AEK returned to UEFA Champions League group stage after 12 years. Greek champions have already eliminated Celtic and Vidi in qualification rounds. They easily won 4-0 Panionios by achieving the 3 out of 3 in Greek Super League and now they are on top along with Olympiakos and Aris. They've lost 4 times in an equal number of games in the past at Netherlands, without even scoring and having concede 10 goals in total. 

Ajax are the favorite to win, they have won all their other opponents in home this season. AEK will resist but definitely Ajax are superior. Home win at 1.45 will be my call.
