Unfinished business

Eintracht registered a 2-2 draw in Ukraine the first leg and got the advantage to qualify. They could have won as they had one man more in the pitch from the first half and they also took the lead twice. In their domestic League, Eintracht  sit on the 7th place of the table, having 34 points and there's a good chance that they will also get a ticket for next season Europa League.

Shakhtar Donetsk found a way to equalise twice with their guests in the first leg, so now their qualification is still open. It's a not at all imposible, considering the fact that they had a man less of the first leg from the 11th minute. However, their domestic league is still suspended due to the winter break, so their opponent are more ready than them.

Eintracht's performance in the tournament is impressive and after their 6 out of 6 wins in the group stage, they managed to avoid a defeat in Ukraine. A home win will be ehough to qualify. On the other hand, Shakhtar had a long break from their domestic League, but in the first leg they've proved their quality and their European experience too. Both teams can easily score and that's what I expect. Over 2.5 goals will be my call.
