Viking vs Rosenborg Match Preview

Viking is going to host Rosenborg in this Norwegian Eliteserien match.

Viking is currently at the third place in Eliteserien behind Lillestorm and Molde. They are playing good this season but at the moment Molde and Lilestrom have a little advantage. They have 21 points after 13 matches which is solid but nothing spectacular.

On the other hand, Rosenborg is one of the best teams in Norway in the last 20 years but in the last 2-3 seasons they are not so competitive. In the previous season, they finished 5th, and the season before that 4th. In four season out of five before these, Rosenborgwere champions. Currently they are at 17 points having two matches less than Viking. 

Viking is playing at home and that is going to be their advantage but Rosenborg is playing good this season and I believe they can get a win here especially if they can score first. Viking is in very bad form with only one win in the last five games and that one was in a Cup game. Rosenborg lost only once in the last 10 matches.
