Warta Poznan vs Wisla Krakow Match Preview

In this match of the 17th round of Polish Extraklasa, Warta Poznan will play at home ground against Wisla Krakow. Both teams are struggling since the start of the league and both are in the bottom half of the league table. 

Warta is in the last place in the league at the moment. They have won only 11 points from 16 rounds played so far. They won only two matches and both were won on the road. At home stadium there are yet to win their first match. They do not play home matches at their own stadium, actually, they play at Stadion Dyskobolii in Grodzisk Wielkopolski.

Wisla Krakow is far away from their glory days in Polish football. They are still one of the biggest and most successful teams in the country. They have managed to win the league 14 times. The last time they won was ten years ago. In my opinion, they are the favorites in this match. I expect a lot from Yaw Yeboah in this match. He is their best scorer and generally the best player by far. He played for the likes of Lille and Manchester City. 

I think that Wisla will get in form soon. They have much better players in their team. Yeboah and Jan Kliment should be able to make a difference in this match. The hosts have not won a single home match so far and the main reason is that they do not play on their physical home ground.
