Watford vs Norwich Match Preview

Watford will be playing against Norwich in the 23rd round of the English Premier League. 

Watford are in 17th position having collected just 14 points. They need to win games to make them safer from relegation and as Newcastle will be signing few quality players this month, it will be a big disadvantage for Watford as their direct rivals who are also in the relegation zone would quite easily overtake Watford.

Watford would be without some players here. Etebo, Baah, Nkoulou and Sarr are injured, while Louzanand Masina are on International duty playing in Africa Cup of Nations. Their top scorer Dennis and two important midfielders Sisokko and Cleverley are available, so that is good news for them. 

Norwich were at the bottom of the table for most part of the season and currently are in 18th position but Burnley who are at the rock bottom are just two points behind them having played four less games. 

Norwich are out of form as they have lost four out of the last five games played in the league. Norwich would be without their main midfielder Billy Gilmour. Zimmermann and Normann would be other missings through ankle injury and Abdominal strain respectively.

As Ranieri's men will be at home, I expect them to dominate the game and Norwich do struggle away from home. 3 pts for Watford.
