Win is their only option in Peru

Sporting Cristal bagged only one point from their three games in the group so far and now they are doing their best to come back and claim the second place. The truth is that they are in a difficult group, where Olympia are the favorites while Sporting Cristal, Un. Concepcion and Godoy Cruz will fight for the second place. In the previous matches, they suffered an emphatic 5-4 loss in Chile and they played a 1-1 draw with Godoy Cruz in their home. In their most recent match, they were defeated vs Olympia (0-3) at home. Their record in Peruvian Apertura is 6 wins, one draw, one loss, having 19 points after 8 games played. There will be no absences for Claudio Vivas whose goal is only the three-pointer which will let his team stay alive in the qualification battle. 

Universidad Concepcion's beginning in the Copa Libertadores group is quite decent and the have already shown their potential. The team from Chile are still undefeated after three rounds. They have 5 points from the 5-4 win over their current opponent and the two draws (1-1 with Olympia in Paraguay and 0-0 with Godoy Cruz at home). Furthermore, they registered a 1-0 win vs Audax Italiano in Chilean Primera Division, playing with their best eleven. Pacheco is suspended and won't perform tonight. 

Sporting Cristal have no alternative but to win tonight if they want to be alive for the second place of the group. They have the upper hand in front of their fans, while Universidad Concepcion lose their strength in away games. Home win at 2.05 will be my call.
