With their back against the wall

Videoton registered a surprising win vs PAOK in the previous round in Toumpa (2-0). They managed to score in the first minutes and passed through home team's pressure by scoring the second one at the end of the halftime. With that result they gained three points, tied with PAOK and BATE in the second place of the group, having equal chances to qualify to the next stage of the competition. In their domestic league they are in 3rd place after 12 rounds having 8 points less from first-placed Ferencvaros, in their efford to defend their title.

PAOK had the chance to come closer to qualification in the previous round, but they through it away. Today they have no choice but to get the three pointer in Budapest. However, their failure in the European match vs Videoton didn't affect their domestic performances where they are still in first place after 9 rounds and remain the big favorites to win the title.

PAOK made again the second place of this group disputable. In this big clash they still have a chance to swift things in their favor. I think that they are superior than Videoton and the outcome of tonight's game depends on their performance. They learned from the previous round and so tonight they will do their best to get the three pointer.
