With their back against the wall

Empoli managed to get a crucial away win over Sampdoria. That was their second consecutive win. However, the road is long as they are still under the relegation zone, having the most difficult schedule (in the last round they are playing against Inter in Milano). Tonight's match is a life or death dor them, but their two consecutive wins prove that they are not going to give up.

Torino were disappointed after Lazio winning the Coppa Italia in the middle of the week. If Atalanta had won that game, then the 7th place in which they are now could give a European ticket. Unfortunately, after this outcome, 'Granata' have to finish over Milan and Roma to take the 6th place. They will do their best for sure in this game, and even that Coppa Italia final didn't have the desired outcome for them, they have another chance to reach to a European spot. 

I believe that 'Granata' have the upper hand in this one, but we can't ignore that Empoli are coming from two consecutive wins and tonight they will fight till the end for their place in the next season's Serie A. I will go for under 2.5 goals here, as I think that none of these teams will take the risk from the very beginning in such crucial game.
