Wolfsburg vs Bayern Munich Match Preview

Wolfsburg and Bayern Munich will meet in this very interesting match of the 19th game week in the German Bundesliga

Wolfsburg started this season slowly and there were rumors that Kovac is going to get sacked. He has a big contract and that is possibly the only thing that saved him at that time. After that, Wolfsburg started to play well and they have had really good results recently. Currently, they are at 29 points which is only a few points behind the UEFA  Europa League and Conference League spots and they can even fight for a UEFA Champions League spot. They lost against Union Berlin in the Cup competition so now they can fully focus on Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich also played a cup game and they won comfortably over Mainz. That was their first win after the restart of the season. In the first three Bundesliga matches they got only draws against Leipzig, FC Koln, and Eintracht Frankfurt. They are not that convincing at the moment but they are still the main favorite to win the title. They have few injuries but signed Joao Cancelo from Manchester City which is a really big addition to their roster right now.

This could be a really interesting match because Kovac was the coach of Bayern Munich and he had some interesting quotes about them. Kimmich and some other players said that they want to win this game and that they will be really motivated and although Wolfsburg is playing well, a motivated Bayern team is levels above everyone else in Bundesliga.
