Wolves vs Manchester City Match Preview

In tonight's Premier League match, Wolves face Manchester City for the 2nd round.

Wolves made a great start in the new season's Premier League, winning Sheffield United with 2-0 on the road. They played great football since they entered the pitch as they managed to score twice in the first 6 minutes of the game, keeping their lead with ease till the final whistle.

This Monday, Manchester City will play their first Premier League match. They're looking for a better performance this season, as the previous is considered a failure for the club. In the league, they finished at the 2nd spot of the table and couldn't threaten the first spot of the amazing Liverpool, while in the Champions League they got eliminated in the quarter-finals of the tournament by Lyon! Their only success last season was winning the League Cup but this is not enough for a club like Manchester City, and this year they definitely want to achieve much more. 

I expect an interesting match between two teams that started the new season with high ambitions. Wolves in recent years always make it difficult for all its opponents they face, especially at home. On the other hand, Manchester City wants to reach the top of the Premier League again and will try to make a good start by taking all three points against Wolves.
