Wolves vs Southampton Match Preview

In the previous round, Wolves registered a huge win and made a wonderful performance vs Manchester City's on the road (2-0). Despite their passive role in the game, they were a threat in counterattacks and they eventually got the three-pointer after scoring 2 goals in the last 10 minutes of the game. That was their second consecutive success in the Premier League and after these outcomes they sit in the 11th place of the table, having 10 points.

The international break was something that helped Southampton who suffered three consecutive losses that keep them in a low place on the table, having 7 points. In their last game, they suffered a 4-1 home loss to Chelsea, mainly due to their defensive mistakes. They conceded two early goals before the 25th minute and although they reduced the scoreline, they couldn't revert the situation.

Wolves deserve to be the favorites here since they are superior, but I will not risk at the home win after the international break. Southampton's performance isn't trustworthy lately, but they will try to bounce back and get some positive results. I expect goals, Over 2.5 goals is my call here.
