The draw is enough to qualify...

Kenya registered a 3-2 win over Tanzania and kept alive their hopes for a qualification to the last 16 of the tournament. It was a spectacular game, quite different from what we were used to so far in this Africa Cup of Nations. Kenya conceded two goals, but they eventually managed to win. If they get one more point tonight, they will be probably among the 4 best third teams of the 6 groups. French coach S. Migne will have all his players available, since defenders J.Onyango and P.Otieno are 100% fit.

Senegal need only one point to qualify at the knock out games of the tournament. They suffered a 1-0 loss to Algeria after a quite average performance. That was their first loss to another African team after 4 years. Senegal performed well in the mosy recnt World Cup (Russia 2018), however, the last time they reached the Africa Cup of Nations final game was 17 years ago. N'Diaye and Y. Sabaly who didn't train the last days, as well as S. Sane, who was injured in the first round won't be available for 'The Lions of Teranga'.

Senegal are clearly superior than their opponents, however, Kenya proved to have potential in the game with Tanzania. After their victory, they need only one point to reach the 3rd place that probably qualify them to the last 16 of the tournament. If Senegal win, they have chances to get the first place of group, but that's almost impossible, as Algeria have to get no points against weak Tanzania at the same time. A draw won't be bad for any of these teams, so maybe a stalemate is more expected than the offered odds (4.00) indicate.
