Croatia and Morocco will play on Saturday in the FIFA World Cup 2022 match for third place.

Croatia lost to Argentina in the semifinal They played well in the first 30 minutes but after a controversial penalty that Messi converted, everything went downhill for them. In the end, they lost 3-0 and that was disappointing for them because they hoped that they can play again in the final game of the World Cup. Still, this is a big success for them and they are one of the most impressive countries in world football if we consider that they have less than 4 million inhabitants.

Morocco is probably the most pleasant surprise of this tournament. They got to the semifinals by playing excellent football. They didn;t allow a single goal against Belgium, Croatia, Spain, and Portugal until their loss of 2-0 in the semifinal where France was the better side, however, Morocco played very well in that game too.

Morocco and Croatia will both be very motivated. Morocco's coach said that they will give chance to some players that played less and that will be a chance for Croatia. Also, Morocco has a lot of injuries like Saiss, Mazroui etc. They had one day less for rest so Croatia will have more time to prepare for this game mentally, tactically, and physically.
