Portugal vs Ghana Match Preview

Portugal and Ghana are playing in this FIFA World Cup game. These sides will be playing their first game in this tournament. 

Portugal has won three out of the last five games played in all competitions. They thrashed Nigeria by four goals to nil in their last game which was a friendly game, actually, Ghana is of the same level as Nigeria, and therefore Ghana would face similar problems playing against the Portuguese team. 

The front three of Portugal look very dangerous; Ronaldo, Leao, and B Silva. Leao has got pace, Ronaldo has the finishing, while B Silva has great vision and creativity. Bruno Fernandes would be playing behind these three as an attacking midfielder and he is also a very good player. 

Ghana has won three and lost two out of the last five games played. They reached the quarter-final of the FIFA World Cup 2010 but that team was completely different. They do have some good individuals but not enough quality to face a team like Portugal. 

Ghana's main players who Portugal would be fearing are midfielder Partey and right-back Lamptey. Both play in the English Premier League, for Arsenal and Brighton respectively. 

I expect Portugal to start strongly and my prediction for the game is Portugal to lead at the break.
